Wood Shop The Wood Shop is a separate 600 square foot building that could be used for many purposes. Click the image for a larger view.

There is a partially finished out building measuring 20 by 30 feet. It's called the "wood shop" simply because the present owner uses it for that purpose. There is a standard 36 inch door in the rear, and two barn style sliding doors; one opposite the 36 inch opening, and one along one side wall on the south side. The room is considered partially finished because, while it is heated with a small wood stove, it lacks insulation or sheet rock on the interior. This could be an advantage for a person who might be interested in re-purposing the building. Adding additional wiring and plumbing would be easy at this stage.

Inside the wood shop is a small insulated and heated room that houses the storage tank for the house water system, so fresh water is available in the building. Propane is available to the building, but not in use at the present time. Also, when the outdoor boiler was installed, piping was installed from it to the wood shop. While not in use at the present time, it provides a future hookup if someone wanted to heat the building from the outdoor boiler.
