There is a partially finished outbuilding measuring 20 by 30 feet. It’s called the "wood shop" simply because the present owner uses it for that purpose. There is a standard 36 inch door in the rear, and two barn style doors; one opposite the 36 inch opening, and one along one side. The room is considered partially finished because, while it is heated with a small wood stove, it lacks insulation or sheet rock on the interior. This could be an advantage for a person who might be interested in "re-purposing" the building. Adding wiring and plumbing would be easy at this stage.
