Blinking Light

As with many houses that sell in a resort town, this home is offered completely furnished. The thought is that it will be ready to move in the minute it closes. Sure, the new owners will want to put their individual tastes to work here and make it their own, but this approach will give you time to make that happen, while still enjoying the home and its furnishings in the meantime.

Exactly what does it mean to say this home is furnished?

Simply put, this means that all furniture, everything you see inside the home comes with the home. There are exceptions, and it might be better to list the items that do not come with the home, since that list is much smaller.

• All computers in the home do not stay.
• There are also a couple of printers in the home that do not stay.

Everything else stays!

In the great room, there's a 45" Sharp LCD HD TV mounted above the fireplace. That stays, along with the Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound system, and DVD player. The satellite dishes along the south wall will stay and remain pointed to the correct locations. There will also be a satellite internet modem and a satellite TV receiver, but the services will need to be initiated by the new owners.

All books in the library stay too!
